These terms are between you and Baulin Technologies Limited(“we”), a company registered in England and Wales. By using Rimeroo you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.
What Rimeroo is
A tool for organising a shared house: a bin rota, a house guide, and a way to report things that need fixing. It is a record-keeping aid between the people in a house. It is not a tenancy agreement, it is not legal advice, and it does not create or change any obligation between a tenant and a landlord.
Your account
- You need a working email address, and you must be 16 or over.
- Keep your join code to your own house. Anyone with it can claim a room, which is why issuing a new one immediately kills the old.
- Do not use Rimeroo to harass anyone, to post anything unlawful, or to attempt to reach another house’s data.
Whoever set the house up
A house admin, such as a lead tenant, landlord or agency, can set the rota, edit the house guide, issue join codes and end a membership. If your agency runs your house, your access to it is theirs to give and to take away. Your account is yours either way: losing a house does not delete it.
Reports are not an emergency service
Raising a report in Rimeroo tells your house admin. It does not summon anyone. If something is dangerous, such as a gas smell, fire, flood or electrical fault, call the relevant emergency number and your landlord directly. Do not rely on this app.
What we do not promise
Rimeroo is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, that a reminder will always arrive, or that the schedule matches your council’s. The rota reflects what your house told it. Check your council’s own collection calendar if it matters.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Beyond that, we are not liable for a missed collection, a fine, or a dispute between housemates.
Ending it
You can leave a house or delete your account at any time from the Account screen. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse other people or to attack the service, and we will say why.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date above, and flag anything material in the app.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not affect the rights you have where you live.
